A Design Lover’s Guide to Rome
I just returned from an incredible trip to Rome and Sicily and wanted to share my favorite spots for interior design and home decor inspiration. We stayed at G-Rough Luxury Suites, which now ranks as one of my top 3 hotels of all time! Every aspect of the hotel’s design has been meticulously crafted to create a harmonious blend of old-world charm and modern sophistication. Each Pasquino Suite is dedicated to iconic Italian designers, featuring classic mid-century furniture pieces by Ico Parisi, Gio Ponti and Afra & Tobia Scarpa. I loved the juxtaposition of the original tile flooring, plaster walls and ornate painted ceilings with the mid-century furnishings and light fixtures. Top that off with luxury linens and bath products and a full bar with delicious cocktails and you have a recipe for a wonderful stay!
