About Niche Interiors
Founded in 2007, Niche Interiors is a full-service San Francisco luxury interior design firm led by Principal Designer Jennifer Jones, Associate ASID, and Design Director Stephanie Paul, who bring a hands-on, collaborative approach to every high-end project. The studio’s warm California modernism draws on clean, contemporary architectural lines and natural materials, layered with custom furniture, contemporary artwork and luxe fabrics and finishes, and a deft use of color that gives each interior its distinctive character.
What sets Niche Interiors apart is a streamlined process. Every project moves through the same disciplined framework — discovery and programming, design development, and execution. Clients always know what phase they’re in and what happens next. Strong project management and clear, consistent communication mean fewer surprises and revisions, even on multi-year renovations.
Niche Interiors works as a true partner to architecture firms, builders and craftsmen, joining projects early, attending regular site visits, and staying involved throughout construction until final installation day. Custom furniture is a core part of that process: Jennifer and her team work directly with skilled Bay Area fabricators and artisans to design one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to each home, verifying quality and detail through hands-on workroom visits. Jennifer is a Founding Member of the GFDA (Good Future Design Alliance) and a LEED Accredited Professional, and is widely recognized as a leader in sustainable luxury design.
